Are you looking for a rewarding and flexible job opportunity? WECIL is seeking enthusiastic sessional workers to join our Children and Young People (C&YP) department.

As a sessional worker, you’ll engage in evening and weekend sessions with children and young people, participating in fun and engaging play and youth activities. These sessions are designed to build social skills, confidence, and positive relationships, helping you develop lasting connections with the children.

You’ll work in various youth and play settings, including those with complex needs and behaviours. Rest assured, you’ll never be placed in a session where you feel uncomfortable or unequipped to support the children. Join us and make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Salary: £12.24 per hour plus 12.07% annual leave entitlement
Hours: Sessional

Do you have a passion for working with Disabled Children and Young People?

WECIL are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sessional Support Worker to deliver regular one to one sessions, to Disabled Children and Young People (some with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour) in South Gloucestershire. This may be in the family home or the community.

The ideal candidate will be confident in working with Disabled Children and Young People in a 1:1 environment.

Do you have a passion for working with young disadvantaged and Disabled people?

WECIL are recruiting for enthusiastic Sessional Youth Workers to deliver group and one to one youth work sessions to young people with special educational needs and disabilities aged 8 to 13 and 13-19 WECIL deliver evening and weekend sessions across the Bristol and B&NEs area.

The ideal candidate will be confident in working with groups and individuals to provide fun, inclusive activities that support young people to achieve positive outcomes, work toward aspirations and transition to adulthood.

Do you have a passion for working Disabled Children and Young people?

WECIL are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sessional Worker to deliver group and one to one school holiday sessions to Disabled Children and Young People (some with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour) during the school holidays in Bristol (Southmead) and Bath and Northeast Somerset (Keynsham).

The ideal candidate will be confident in working with Disabled Children and Young People within group and 1:1 environments
